Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs refunds, cancellations and related procedures for subscription services offered by BN Analytics ("Company", "we", "our" or "us") through the website www.bnanalytics.in ("Platform"). By subscribing to or using any paid services on the Platform you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, do not subscribe to or use our paid services.

1. General Principle

BN Analytics operates on a subscription-based model which provides data-driven multi-asset insights, analytics and related tools intended to assist users in making informed market decisions. To enable prospective subscribers to evaluate the Platform, BN Analytics offers a fifteen (15) day free trial period for new users. The free trial is intended to allow you to experience the Platform’s features, data access and overall suitability before committing to a paid plan.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Policy or required by applicable law, all payments made for subscriptions are final. Accordingly, BN Analytics follows a strict No Refund policy for paid subscription fees: payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-creditable after payment is completed.

2. Cancellation by Subscriber

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@bnanalytics.in or by using the cancellation mechanism available in their account settings (if provided). Cancellation requests will be processed promptly. Cancellation does not result in a refund of fees already paid.

3. Renewal and Billing

Subscription plans are not automatically renewed. At the end of your subscription period, you will need to manually renew your plan if you wish to continue using our services. BN Analytics shall not be liable for any interruption in service or loss of data resulting from non-renewal.

Important: We do not provide automatic renewal. Subscribers must take action to renew their subscription before the expiry date to avoid service interruption.

4. Exceptional Circumstances — Limited Refunds

While BN Analytics’ standard position is no refunds, we recognize that limited, exceptional circumstances may justify a refund or credit. Such cases are considered on a discretionary, case-by-case basis and require prompt written request to support@bnanalytics.in. Examples of circumstances that may be considered include:

All requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to support@bnanalytics.in within seven (7) business days of the triggering event. We may request additional documentation to verify your claim. Approval of any refund or credit is at BN Analytics’ sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider in lieu of contacting BN Analytics to resolve a billing dispute is strongly discouraged. If you file a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or used to circumvent this Policy, BN Analytics may permanently terminate your access and pursue available legal remedies.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under this Policy, the refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. BN Analytics will attempt to process refunds promptly; however, the time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and banking systems.

7. Changes to This Policy

BN Analytics reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will post the updated Policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

In the event of a dispute relating to this Policy or our services, we will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Assam, India, and any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Assam.
